face forward....

After much debate I finally faced Ethan forward in the car. The AAP is recommending keeping kiddos rear facing until two years old, recommending is the key word here. I decided I would leave him rear facing until he started protesting. He started turning his head in his car seat to look at me all the time...so we did the big flip and LOVE IT!

swinging...

standing still for a nano second...

giving mommy hugs before work...

playing ball with daddy

doing crafts at the library

grocery shopping in the rain...

"chillin" with good friends...

floating around...

and helping mom clean!

Check out Ethan reading his "paper" over breakfast. He has received lots of postcards from Grandma and Grandpa from their trip to Maine. I was reading the postcards to him over breakfast, and he decided he could take it from there and read them himself!

Ethan Riding Train 13 Months

When I was little, I had a train similar to this to ride. So of course his Nana had to find him a train. He will ride it in circles until he is in a daze....

David now thinks Ethan is ready for a dirt bike.....

calling Daddy...

Ethan's favorite new word is "Daddy." He spend the weekend with David as I worked and I think Ethan missed him today. He was in search of his Daddy in the house, while talking to his

"Da Da" on the phone. Notice the swiffer sweeper on the carpet....this is Ethan's favorite toy! And this mama isn't complaining about that one....a toddler who likes to clean!
