nursery bedding...

with only 4 or so weeks to go...you would think I have my nursery bedding ordered at least.  Not the case~ I am having the hardest time deciding when there are so many adorable choices...

11 weeks....part 2

I guess I was in a hurry when I wrote my last post because I forgot to mention 2 big events that occurred this week! Ethan had his first laugh for David early one morning. Ethan is a "morning person" just like his Daddy. He apparently thought it was funny when David said, "Mommy and Moli are from the same planet!" And I missed it!

He also moved from his sweet bassinet in our room into his crib in the nursery. It was a bittersweet transition. I just loved the bassinet and already miss seeing my sweet boy snoozing in it!

I've been busy building my nest....or cleaning it rather. With about 2 weeks to go until my due date, I'm just waiting curiously to meet the little man. Knowing that it could be "any day now" I feel as though I can't get the house clean enough. Moli and Alex have no clue what is coming there way! Moli has found that she loves napping on the changing table. Alex, impressively, has not touched any of the stuffed toys sitting around the nursery. Our fingers are crossed he's already learning what toys are the baby's and not his! I'm sure Alex and baby boy will be best friends before long!

This post is for everyone who has heard me worry about my rocking chair not arriving in time for baby boy. Well, it's here! It arrived today and I love it! You may notice the ipod in the picture. Yes, baby boy has his own ipod that has been downloaded with lullabies to help him sleep! David and I can't wait until he's here!
