Bennett at 9 and 10 Months...

oh my handsome Bennett is growing oh so fast.  everyday I think "cherish this baby while he is still a baby."  It is no secret that I adore having a wee one in the house.  Bennett has just made our little family  so complete and full of love.  He is a momma's boy and I love it.    

9 and 10 Months were big months for him...crawling, teeth, standing, eating yummy food, loving to play.  I could go on and on.  He has learned to scream at Ethan if a toy is taken away.  It is hilarious!  He can "four wheel drive crawl" over anyone or anything.  He is pulling up to standing and cruising.  Starting to take a step or two with his walker.

Bennett's 8th Month....

Lets just say 8 months has been milestone after milestone for Bennett.  He has cut two teeth, starting crawling, loves to clap, and now pulling up in his crib to standing.  I keep saying I wish he could be 8 months for at least a year...he is just so sweet to watch crawling around discovering everything.  There is nothing cuter than seeing that little booty on the go.  Just last week he discovered how to go from crawling to back to sitting. He particularly loves tonkas, diggers, and airplanes just like Ethan.  Bennett tends to be interested in the simple toys, not the ones with bells and whistles.  It has been perfect timing with winter setting in for him to start crawling.  He loves just being home playing in the floor.  I am loving just sitting back and watching the boys play together.  

Bennett at 7 Months...

I'm a bit behind on my blogging about my sweet boys and life.  I will try to catch up over the next few days.  Here are a few favorite photos of Bennett at 7 months.  He is quite the charmer with those blue eyes and chubby cheeks.  Bennett is sitting tall and scooting all over the floor.  He is loving eating baby food and now adores Mum-Mums as a snack.

Drum roll please.....I am eating like a normal person again!  Dairy and soy.  It has taken some time for my system to get used to eating dairy again, however making dinner is fun {as can be} again with the choices.  I must admit I am proud that I toughed it out with the diet and am still nursing Bennett.  It was honestly one of the hardest things I've done.  I think I will always be a label reader now when buying food for my family.

Bennett is loving saying "da da da da" all the time and squeals with delight.  He is very in tune with Ethan and must keep his eyes on his brother at all times.  Bennett is so content to just sit and play...everything is interesting at this age.

Tap Tap, is this thing on?  Sorry I'm way behind on blogging.  I've heard your requests for updates on the boys.  I'll start with Bennett this morning....

Let's just say 6 months was sweet.  So sweet I'd love to freeze him at this age {night wakings and all}.  He is so interested in Ethan.  One of my daily prayers is for the boys to love each other not only as brothers, but as best friends.  So far, the first thing out of Ethan's mouth in the morning when he sees me is, "where is Bennett?"  Bennett definitely gives Ethan his biggest laughs and smiles and is always trying to catch Ethan's eye.  

Bennett started rice at 6 months and didn't like it so much.  We moved on to solids and he has loved them and now eats 3 times a day.  So far he loves everything, except green beans.  He naps around 9 am and 1 pm.  He occasionally sleeps through the night, but not so much most nights.  {Yes, we are very tired parents in this house}
